View Documents, File a Claim, Pay Bills


We have enhanced policyholder's online portal, and added collection of new features and functions. This portal will allow you to receive the best possible service and provide added functionality to simplify your life.

DASHBOARD
Starting with the Dashboard, or the home page of your online portal, we’ve highlighted three major features for ease of use: Billing, Documents, and Claims. As always, you may go online to pay your bill easily and securely. Additionally, we've now added functionality so you can also file an auto claim online - farm, personal or commercial auto - and you can also view your insurance documents online. It’s as straightforward and simple as possible!

VIEW DOCUMENTS
View your insurance documents online, electronically. After adding and verifying your policy, you may view invoices, Dec Pages, Insurance Documents, archived documents and even endorsements. You will also be able to print or save Personal Auto Identification Cards. We will always encourage you to contact your agent for any aspect of policy service, including cancelling a policy.

COMMUNICATION
You now have a Message Center in this portal – a hub for all communications from us. Messages will range from policy information and notifications to announcements, such as the availability of a new mobile app. The Message Center will keep you up to date. The Contact Us portion gives you instant access to your agent's phone number, website and address.

SECURITY
Keeping your personal information safe is a top priority for us, which is why we developed new security options to keep your online profiles as secure as possible. New security options include the ability to change your password and the ability to select your own security questions, which helps our Customer Service verify your identity.

SUBMIT AN AUTO CLAIM
You can now file an auto claim – personal, commercial or farm – online through their enhanced portal. The process is fast, simple and hassle-free. After completing a few questions about the claim, one of our expert claims representatives will contact you in a timely manner. The claims process can sometimes be hard, but with this new feature, your clients will hopefully understand how We Insure Peace Of Mind.®
